  I frequent this place alot because of its convenience to my house BUT, 3 out 5 times my order is wrong and u have to send it back... id I stress to them "no onions" " hold the pickle" they get an attitude " I take orders I don't make the food" and other such comments... I used to eat here 2 or 3 times a week.. but now maybe once or twice every two weeks... they need better staff and to stop just hiring anyone available...

  I ordered two Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and asked for them without the sauce. I'll admit, I saw that they were rung up as "plain," but I just assumed that's how it was at this store. It was late, so there couldn't have been many people there, and so the person making it was probably the same person taking my order. Anyway, I get home, and both sandwiches are completely plain, and the chicken feels like it's been out for hours: dry, chewy, and lukewarm. The cherry on top was being given no napkins. That's supposed to be a common courtesy. Sorry that I came by 45 minutes to close, but you don't have to treat me like that.

  This store is a good one. It's in a good location, the staff is nice. The management is ok.

  Poor service and slow. We had to stop twice in the same weekend. Saturday lunch they forgot to give us our drinks. We sat at the window waiting for a long time. They only stared at us. Finally, someone came over and asked rudely what we wanted. Sunday lunch they forgot to give us one of the kids meals. Same treatment.
